Schultz was born in Dolton, Illinois (a Chicago suburb) on June 23, 1932. His music study began when he was five years old. He received a Bachelor of Music degree from the Cosmopolitan School of Music in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree at Concordia University Chicago. Schulz & Company was one of the most successful of Chicago's piano manufacturers. Was known to build exceptionally well made, good sounding pianos. This beautiful piano is made of dark Honduran Mahogany wood and is of the Traditional spade-leg style.
